Why do you want a Beagle? Have you researched Beagles?

  
How many people ae in your household? Do you have children? What are their ages?  
Is anyone in your houshold allergic to dogs or have allergies, Please describe?  
What type of dwelling do you live in? (house, duplex, apartment, mobile home.) Do you Own or Rent? Are there any pet restrictions?  
How big is your lot? Describe your yards (fencing, size and gates). Are the bottom edges secure? Do you have a swimming pool; is it fenced?
  
Have you ever had a Beagle? Do you currently have other pets? Describe Type & Ages. Have you had pets in the past? What became of them?  
Where will you keep your Beagle? (mainly indoors; in at night; out during the day; only outdoors; etc.)Will the dog be tied up? Where will your dog sleep at night? Are dogs allowed on the bed?  
How many hours a day would your Beagle be left alone? Where would you keep him/her when left alone or unsupervised? Would you consider a Pet Sitter or Doggie Day Care?  
What is your planned method of exercise for your Beagle? What amount of daily exercise are you willing to provide?  
What sex, size and color do you prefer? Are you willing to spay/neuter your Companion Beagle?  
Do you plan on taking your Beagle to Obedience Classes? Are you interested in Showing Your Beagle or in having your Beagle shown?  
Are you willing to return your beagle to us at your expense if you can not keep him/her?  
Would you be willing to have a home inspection for the safety of your Beagle pryor to approval for a puppy purchase?
